It all began several decades ago, when grandfather Vittorio, with his small laboratory, began to transform the fragrant lemons of the Amalfi Coast into a golden nectar: limoncello . With patience and dedication, he selected the best fruits, peeling them by hand to extract only the purest essence . His secret?
The passion for a job well done and the pride of carrying on knowledge passed down from generation to generation.
Over the years, our family has carefully guarded this legacy, refining the recipes without ever altering the quality and authenticity of the raw materials . Today, we continue to produce our liqueurs following the same principles as before: natural ingredients, artisanal methods and no compromise on quality.

For three generations, my family has owned the only Limoncello liqueur factory in the heart of Amalfi.
In the first part of the experience, I will explain and show you how to make authentic Limoncello and other liqueurs from the Amalfi Coast, available at different times of the year.
You'll also get to taste other specialties like Limoncello or lemon cream babà cake, and dark chocolate Limoncello pralines.
You'll learn the key difference between industrially produced Limoncello and fresh homemade Limoncello!
I’ll also share some tips about liqueurs and how to prepare them for your own homemade creations in the future.
